Dr. Imaobong Ndifreke Obot is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Library and Information Science at the Faculty of Vocational Education, Library and Information Science at the University of Uyo. With a strong academic background and extensive experience in the field, Dr. Imaobong has made significant contributions to library science and information management through both research and teaching.
Holding a Ph.D. in Library and Information Science from University of Nigeria, Nsukka, Dr. Imaobong specializes in Preservation and Conservation of Information Resources, Publishing and Marketing of Information Resources, Serials Management etc..
Dr. Imaobong is committed to advancing the field of library science through innovative research and by fostering the development of future professionals in the discipline. This commitment has spurred up research that has brought forth publications in journals, books and conferences. It has also built a pool of knowledge that has been beneficial to undergraduate and postgraduate students through lectures and supervision of theses/dissertations.
